"I reached out to Mrs Veena Sampath asking for help when things weren't going very well at work for me.

I had difficulty focusing on work, and that caused my productivity to go downhill. I knew things weren't going well, but I didn't know what I could do to improve things. I was hesitant to take the help offered by my employer. Neither did I want to discuss with any of my friends.
